Service Guarantee & Payment Policy

• Please notify Blondie & Lefty's Hair Salon of any problem or concern with your service within one (1) week of your service date.  We will be happy to correct any problems.  Please note that we do not offer refunds on services provided. 
• Full payment is expected the same day your service is provided.
• We do not accept post-dated checks. 
• A $20 service charge is assessed on all returned checks. 
• If you are not satisfied with your retail purchase, you may return it within one (1) week of purchase, or exchange it from seven (7) to fourteen (14) days.  Your original sales receipt is required for all returns and exchanges.

Cancellation Policy

• Please be courteous to your stylist and notify Blondie & Lefty's Hair Salon 24 hours in advance for a single service appointment, and 48 hours in advance for a multiple service or bridal appointment.  While we understand that emergencies happen, your stylist and the salon are financially affected by a no-show or cancelled appointment if they are unable to rebook the time slot.
• Any cancellation less than 24 hours for a single service appointment, or less than 48 hours for a multiple service or bridal appointment will be charged 50% of the total price if we are unable to book the stylist for that time slot. 
• No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the total price. 
• We may ask for a credit card to reserve multiple service or bridal appointments.

Salon Etiquette

• Please turn off your cell phone.
• Let your stylist know about any chemical processes you have had done so they can have a complete history and know exactly how to work with your hair.
• When coming in for a facial wax appointment, please advise us if you are taking any medications which may include Acutane or any Retin-A products.

Gift Certificate Policy

• Gift Certificates cannot be returned or refunded for cash. 
• Gift Certificates are redeemable for services or salon products unless otherwise stated.

Child Policy

• While we love children at Blondie & Lefty's Hair Salon, we are concerned about their safety.  Whenever possible, please bring children in only when they have an appointment in the salon.

Privacy Policy

• Blondie & Lefty's Hair Salon does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or where required by law (responding to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims).
  
• We do not store your credit card information unless we have your permission to do so.
